Music-ish?

Recently I have been going through a crisis of Faith... meaning I actually have some now.  I have found it interesting at how this has kind of conficted with my music interests.  For example, I don't think you are going to find me reviewing the new Morbid Angel album.  I have kind of put this blog on the backseat for awhile as I try to figure out where I am going to be going musically in the future.  I have definitely found that I am recoiling from some stuff I used to love.  The good news is that the world of music is big and there is lots of stuff for me to cover.  I was finding myself being a journalist more than sharing my oppinion anyway and that isn't what I wanted to do.  If any of you have an ideas what you would like to see from TSH please let me know!  I love feedback and it really helps drive me forward and keep writing.  Peace!

Um.. hi?

Hi!  You guys might remember me... I used to write this blog, called The Swamp Harmonic, lol.  Yeah yeah, I have been lazy and I think I burnt myself out a bit.  I also got into some very non-music related stuff that has been eating my time away.  I am planning a Meshuggah Koloss review here pretty soon, and yes, it is bloody good.  Sorry that I haven't been more active everyone, I'll try to get back on the wagon.

Three Doors Down DLC for Rocksmith?

Today Ubisoft gave us another song hint and this one looks to point to "Loser" by Three Doors Down. Not a bad song, really. Who's buying it?

Bandfuse?

So I think this week's big announcement was Bandfuse.  It looks like Rocksmith is going to get some serious competition if the level of talent in the game previews is any indication of what Bandfuse will end up being like.  I don't know if I totally care for what I have seen in the interface so far but the set list could be really awesome.  It will be interesting to watch this game develop and see where it goes.  Anyone thinking about picking it up?
